We are using PayPal and Shopify Payment for processing order paments. For every transaction, a 3%-4% payment processing fee are imposed on seller.
Starting from 2020, none of these payment processing services refund any seller's fees for refunds. Please see these articles about PayPal's Policy Change and about Shopify's Policy Change.
To ensure our service is viable, 3% payment processing fee will be deducted/withheld from refund.
We stand by products we sell and we understand things may happen. Please send us an email at support@clickclack.io with description and photos/videos of your issue and we will fix it for you.

We fulfill in-stock orders in batch. International shipping company usually pickup shipments on Tues and Thurday every week.
Normally, we process orders within 1-2 business days. Item will be trackable within a week.
However, due to the recent surge of COVID in China, many local goverments have imposed strict lockdown policy. Logistics in China has been greatly impacted. We currently estimate 14 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Situation can change and get better in future.

1. You may change or cancel your order before fulfillment by Contact Us. A 3% payment processing fee for any refund.
2. If delayed shipping (no tracking information is shared with the customer yet after 2 weeks and not due to COVID restriction), you may request cancellation or change without any fee.
Yes, we allow returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
The items must be unused and in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was sent. You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. Please email support@clickclack.io for a return label.
After received and inspected, we will issue refund (minus original shipping cost and 3% restocking fee) to original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note that final sale and "Extras" items are not eligible for returns.
Groupbuy/Preorder
1. Before groupbuy period ends, you may cancel your order for a refund minus a 3% payment processing fee. If MOQ not met, you are not subject to 3% fee.
2. After groupbuy period ends, cancellations are not allowed. Due to the business nature of groupbuy, we place order with manufacturers and send payment to them right away. We understand things may happen. Given extenuating circumstances, we may issue refund in case-by-case basis at our discretion.
1. Before groupbuy ends or the order edit/deadline, you may change your order .
2. After groupbuy ends or the order edit/deadline, you can not edit your order.
