1. General Terms & Retail Sales

• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized affiliate activity, or clear pricing errors.
• In-Stock Shipping & Delivery: For all in-stock items, the risk of loss and title for the merchandise passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, Click Clack is no longer liable for loss or theft.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Click Clack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our site or the performance of our products.

2. Groupbuys and Pre-Orders

For any product hosted as a "Groupbuy" or "Pre-order" sale, the following special conditions apply:

• Upon purchase, you explicitly acknowledge that the shipping date listed on the product page is an estimate. Delays may occur due to, but not limited to, conditions like manufacturing adjustments, supply chain disruptions, or unforeseeable production issues.
• You will be charged immediately upon placing your order.
• Due to the nature of Groupbuy and Pre-order sales, we start arranging production or shipment immediately after a sale concludes. Therefore, we generally do not allow cancellations after the sale window closes.
• Cancellation requests submitted after a Groupbuy or Pre-order concludes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. If your cancellation request is accepted, a 3% payment processing fee will be withheld from your refund.
• You may choose to cancel your order at any time before the Groupbuy conclusion date. A 3% payment processing fee will be withheld from your refund.
• In the event of an extraordinary fulfillment delay, you may choose to cancel your order for a full refund with no fees withheld.
• We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we deem to be in violation of our sale terms and conditions.

3. Mixed Orders

If you mix regular in-stock items with a Groupbuy or Pre-order item in a single transaction, your in-stock items will be processed and shipped separately to avoid unnecessary delays.
