Program Terms & Compliance Obligations
  • FTC & Regulatory Disclosures: To comply with FTC and international trade guidelines, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your relationship with ClickClack on all content. Any YouTube video, social media post, or forum thread utilizing a custom affiliate link or seeded hardware must prominently display tags like #ad, #sponsored, or clear text stating you earn a commission.
  • Content Restrictions: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from making unverified technical performance claims or using offensive materials. Promotional tracking links and discount codes may not be posted or spammed within official ClickClack community channels, including our Discord server or product threads.
  • Payout Vetting & Safety: Commission structures are systematically tracked via our affiliate dashboard. ClickClack reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel affiliate payouts if an associated transaction is flagged as fraudulent, canceled, or returned within our standard customer return window. Failure to comply with these disclosure and content rules will result in immediate termination from the program.
