Shipping:

• Currently, all our monitors are shipped from the warehouse in China. We will dispatch the goods from the Chinese warehouse within 3-5 days after receiving the order.
• Considering the impact of tariffs, we use air freight DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to ship orders to the EU(except Switzerland). Customers don't need to pay additional tariffs and VAT. They just need to wait 15 - 20 days for door - to - door delivery.
• Due to the US tariff policy, the shipping method to the US has been changed from DHL to air freight DDP. The recipient doesn't need to pay any tariffs, and the goods are expected to be signed for in about 10-15 days.
• Currently, our sales services are only available in North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Australia. For other regions, we are unable to provide delivery services for the time being – this is mainly because we cannot yet ensure smooth and comprehensive after-sales support for customers in these areas, hence the temporary unavailability of delivery.
