*Shipping:

  • Currently, all our monitors are shipped from the warehouse in China. We will dispatch the goods from the Chinese warehouse within 3-5 days after receiving the order.
  • Considering the impact of tariffs, we use air freight DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to ship orders to the EU(except Switzerland). Customers don't need to pay additional tariffs and VAT. They just need to wait 15 - 20 days for door - to - door delivery.
  • Due to the US tariff policy, the shipping method to the US has been changed from DHL to air freight DDP. The recipient doesn't need to pay any tariffs, and the goods are expected to be signed for in about 10-15 days.
  • We can also ship to other countries. However, as we haven't found a better after - sales service solution at present, if there is a need for return or exchange service, the monitor needs to be sent back to China for processing. The return and shipping costs incurred during this period will be borne by either the seller or the buyer depending on the actual situation of the product.
