Parabolica60 Project Status
Hello Parabolica60 GB Buyers!
Case:
Machining is currently underway. The top and bottom cases are nearly complete, and the mid-frames and badges are still being processed—expected to be finished in the next few days. After that, the parts will enter the queue for post-processing (including sandblasting, anodizing, anti-oxidation, coating, etc.).
According to the latest information, due to a large number of orders received by the factory during this period, there is some queuing for the anodizing and coating processes. As a result, the estimated completion time for all units is now December. The kits will be shipped from our end to the vendors before New Year's Day.
Although this still falls within the originally promised timeline, it is slightly later than we initially anticipated. This means you may receive the product from your agents just a little beyond the start of 2026. As a gesture of our apology, we will include a small gift with every kit shipped.
Accessories:
All accessories, including Tadpole pins, screws, PET films, Force-break kits, keyboard cases, and dust bags, have already arrived.
All related accessories have been pre-packed and placed into the keyboard cases. Once production is fully completed, we can quickly proceed with QC and assembly. Thanks to the pre-packed accessories, this process typically takes only about a week or even less.
The PCBs have completed production and are currently undergoing firmware flashing and final inspections. They have not yet arrived at our facility, but we will showcase the new PCB design in the next update—stay tuned!
Regarding Community Color:
Once the anodizing process begins, we will conduct physical samples for the community color and promptly contact the selected winner(s) for confirmation. This is expected to take place in early November. If timing allows, we will include this in our next update.
Other Notes:
Due to requests from our Chinese customer community, we have produced an additional 10 sets of PEI mid-frame + badge kits. Based on its color and transparency, we do not consider this material suitable for large-area exterior components. This is our preferred way to showcase PEI material in the Parabolica.
Before completing all shipments, we will hold a giveaway for one set on Discord to celebrate the successful completion of the project. The remaining sets will be available for public purchase. (As this is essentially a small project to give back to all Parabolica customers, the pricing will be set with minimal to no profit.)
