A: Currently, we offer air freight DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to EU countries (excluding Switzerland), the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. For these regions, you do not need to pay any additional taxes or duties—simply wait for the package to be delivered directly to your door. The typical delivery time is 15-20 calendar days.

For other Asian countries, we usually arrange courier delivery. Depending on the customs regulations of your specific country, you may be required to pay a certain percentage of taxes/duties. If you have specific requirements for the declared value of the shipment, please contact our customer service team. The typical delivery time for Asian countries is 7-12 calendar days.

2. How much is the shipping fee to my country?

5. What type of battery does the monitor remote control use?

A: Due to restrictions on shipping batteries via air, we do not include remote control batteries in the package.

Normal standard: ≤3 dead pixels + bright pixels (non-concentrated in the central 5cm×5cm area).
