At ClickClack.io, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, cancellations are not permitted.

Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. If a refund is approved under any circumstance, please note that: A 4% refund fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing charges imposed by third-party providers, which are outside of ClickClack.io’s control.
