In light of the holiday season, we want to inform you about potential delays in shipping 🚚 and processing orders. Due to the reduced availability of shipping resources during the holidays, our main fulfillment team in China is expecting 1-2 weeks delay. Orders placed during this period will be processed and shipped out after our operations resume. Please expect a delay in delivery times for orders placed around this period 📦.
Our US based fulfillment are not impacted, you will see "Shopify Promise" on the US fulfillment products.
Our customer service team will be operating on a limited schedule during the holiday 📞. Rest assured, we will address all inquiries and concerns as promptly as possible.

Our China Warehouse and Customer Service team will be operating in holiday mode from Feb 9th, 2024 to Feb 17th, 2024, inclusively. Normal business operations will resume on Feb 18th, 2024 📅.
